This notice explains how Seetam Studio (“we”), operated by Seetam Divkar in Bengaluru, India, handles personal data collected through this website. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and to handle data in line with good international practice.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, industry, website, project type, budget range, timeline and your message.
- Context you choose to include: add-ons selected in the workflow builder, figures entered in the growth calculator, and which demos you tried.
- Campaign information: the page you landed on, referring site, UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) if present in the link you followed.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel measure visits and ad performance using cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email and to prepare for a discovery call — the purpose you consent to on the form.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without separate permission.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Seetam Studio, and may be sent to our inbox as an email notification. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process data outside India under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies and similar storage
- Essential (always on): your cookie choice, and — for the current browser tab only — the industry, add-ons and calculator inputs you explore, so they can be included in your enquiry.
- Analytics & advertising (opt-in): Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, loaded only after you select “Allow analytics”. With consent we also remember the campaign that first brought you here for up to 30 days.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Information about clients is kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@seetam.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Demos on this site
The resort, store, clinic and event demos use fictional brands and simulated data. Anything typed into a demo stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
